Shipping, Returns & FAQs

 

Order Processing:

We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. Your order will be prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after purchase.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia):

We dispatch orders exclusively from Monday to Friday. All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Standard Parcel Post. Please note that shipping times are in addition to dispatch times. Kindly allow up to 14 days for delivery. For more information regarding shipping times, please refer to the Australia Post website.

Free Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free standard postage (Australia Post Parcel Post) for all orders over AUD 100. For orders under AUD 100 are a flat rate charge of AUD 9.99. 

Express Shipping:

For faster delivery, we also provide the option of Express Post for a flat rate charge of AUD 13.99. Express Post deliveries typically take 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. To learn more about express shipping, please visit the Australia Post website.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. In cases where no one is home to receive the package, orders shipped via Standard Post will be left in a safe place. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or disasters) or during busy holiday seasons. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or package refusal, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please contact us to arrange re-delivery at the buyer’s expense.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping. The shipping cost, calculated based on the shipping address, will be provided during checkout. Please note that our international shipping service, Aus Post International Parcel Services Standard, does not require a signature for delivery. Parcels will be left in a safe place if no one is available at the destination address.

Please be aware that if you enter an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels. In the event that a parcel is returned to us, customers will be required to cover the reshipping costs. We regret to inform you that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please Note:

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or VAT charges that may be applied by your country’s customs authorities upon the parcel’s arrival. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid taxes or VAT, all shipping costs incurred (including the original shipping cost and return shipping) will be deducted from the total payment. Please contact us to arrange payment and re-shipment.

TRACKING

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your package using the corresponding link provided in your email.

For international tracking, please use the tracking number provided by AusPost and track your parcel using your local post service.

RETURNS INFORMATION

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your parcel. We will assist you in arranging return shipping and a replacement. Please provide clear images of the fault when contacting us.

To ensure accuracy, we record the weight of your order during packing and processing. This allows us to determine if any items are missing from your parcel.

Please note that due to the specific nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or issuing refunds for change of mind (including sizes, colour, style, etc.). 

We do offer exchange for change of mind (including sizes, colour, style, etc…) Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be applied for exchanges, and the return shipping and re-shipping costs will be paid by the customers.

When returning an item, please ensure it is in the same condition as when it was delivered – unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Your item(s) MUST be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels during the return process.

Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

Colour Accuracy:

While we make every effort to display the true colour of our garments, please note that colour variations may occur due to monitor or screen settings and lighting conditions. We do not consider these variations as faults.

DISCLAIMER:

For the safety of children and babies, we kindly request that adult supervision be provided at all times when our products are being used. Some items may contain small embellishments that can pose a choking hazard. When using headwear, please ensure it is worn under adult supervision to prevent suffocation or choking hazards, whether the child is awake or asleep. Additionally, please remove any headwear or outfits with straps that may pose a risk while sleeping. We prioritize the safety of our customers and appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a secure environment for your little ones.
